HR Call Out Policy & Hotline #


Employees must notify their Supervisor and/or Manager of their absence by 10:00 am on the date they incur an absence, unless such notification has been excused by the supervisor or department management. If after reasonable attempts (minimally two) an employee is unable to reach a Supervisor or Manager, the employee shall leave a voicemail for the Supervisor or Manager and shall call the absence “Hot Line” established by Human Resources (646) 473-6232.

Don't let a no/call, no show be documented on your record. This can be prevented.

In addition, in case of Fund closure due to inclement weather remember the Fund Hotline number is 646-473-6570.
