As the federal COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) ends on May 11, 2023, and after careful evaluation, we are updating our current COVID safety protocols. On Monday, May 15, 2023, the following changes will take effect:
We will discontinue our Daily Health Screening Survey.
We will discontinue taking temperatures when entering the Funds 498 Seventh Avenue headquarters.
We will no longer require COVID-19 vaccination.
The following safety protocols will remain in place:
If you are feeling unwell, please follow the normal sick leave call-out procedure.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please notify your supervisor immediately. You will be contacted by a Human Resources representative, who will advise you on the next steps.
Wearing a mask or face covering while on Funds premises remains optional.
Wherever possible, practice social distancing while on Funds premises.
You may continue to eat lunch in the 498 lobby break room, the work cafes located on each floor or one of the conference rooms designated for staff lunchtime use. Eating at your desk is not permitted.
The safety of our staff and members continues to be a priority here at the Funds. We will continue to monitor federal, state, and local government health and safety guidelines, as well as any internal Funds trends, and make any additional adjustments to our safety protocols as needed going forward.
