First and foremost, I want to thank everyone for attending today’s Delegate meeting, it gives me great pleasure to announce that we had perfect attendance today. I commend you all for coming together at the table to have a very productive and respectful meeting.
At this time we must put our personal differences aside and remain focused on standing strong in unity and rebuilding this Union to what it once was. It won’t happen overnight it may not even happen with this current administration, but WE ARE ALL UNION MEMBERS FIRST, and if we stand united and continue to fight for justice and equality for all of our members we can and will gain back this Unions respect.
Let’s continue to be in attendance at our Delegates meetings, so we can move forward together, and make our members proud to have us as
their representatives. "Without struggle there can be no progress," the great Frederick Douglas once said.
So with that being said, be all that you can be in supporting one another to make our Union much stronger and better than ever before.
